Mental Health
with understanding
Come as you are. Move forward.
A professional profile and educational resource exploring anxiety, depression, addiction, recovery, and Jewish-informed mental health with clarity and compassion.
My Approach
Every person has a different story, which is why I believe mental-health care should never be one-size-fits-all. My perspective is personalized, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection, with attention to each person’s experiences, strengths, values, and goals.
Read more about my approach
I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. Rather than relying on a single method, I tailor each session to your unique needs and adjust our work as you grow and your goals evolve.
My style is warm, practical, and goal-oriented. I believe meaningful change can grow from understanding the patterns that keep people stuck while developing concrete skills that can be applied in everyday life.
Above all, responsible care should create a space where people feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. That sense of trust makes room for honest reflection, practical growth, and meaningful change.

Professional profile
Why Choose Elisha Klatzko?
I believe meaningful change begins in a space where you feel respected, understood, and free to be honest. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than reducing you to a diagnosis, I take time to understand the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you move through the world.
As an LMSW and CASAC-T, my clinical interests include anxiety, depression, addiction, recovery, and culturally responsive care. I believe therapy should help people make sense of what feels overwhelming, recognize existing strengths, and develop tools that fit real life. Therapy is not about becoming someone else—it is about creating more freedom, clarity, and choice.
